Prices are shown in PKR where available. Some products may show contact-for-price when live market pricing needs confirmation. Payment options may include cash on delivery, bank transfer, or another locally confirmed method.
Delivery is available across Pakistan through local courier partners where service is available. Delivery times vary by city, stock status, courier schedule, weather, public holidays, and address accuracy.
Eligible unopened products may be returned within the stated support window after approval. Opened, used, damaged, engraved, personalized, clearance, or hygiene-sensitive items may not qualify unless required by applicable law or confirmed by support.
Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank transfer and courier reversal timelines can vary in Pakistan.
